Here's a follow-up from our last "What We're Into" where we suggested an article about gratitude. This time it's a podcast on the topic. Sean Croxton is one of our favorite podcast hosts for his interesting, thought-provoking guests, and his thorough interviewing. There are many of his episodes we could recommend, but his recent session with Pam Grout got us looking for little miracles in the day to day. Her positive energy is infectious and this listen is a good reminder (or teaching) of the potential power of positive mindset shifts.
