Q: How do I order a cleanse?

You can order online here! Questions? Email us anytime at!

Q: How far in advance do I need to order my cleanse for pick-up?

We are currently closed for most pick-up orders but can make exceptions for certain situations (e.g., live out of town, passing through, etc). Email or buzz us at 512.270.9266 for more info.

Q: How far in advance do I need to order my cleanse if I want it delivered?

We ask for 48 hours notice for production and delivery. Unlike most companies in Austin, all Juice Austin cleanses are made fresh and on demand when ordered. We do not pre-make and then process (e.g., HPP or pasteurization) cleanses like many juice companies do, where your cleanse can be several weeks old by the time you consume it. Ordering 48 hours in advance ensures we can have your cleanse ready and delivered when you want it. Delivery is free to select zip codes (see below) and for orders of 2 or more cleanse days. Need it sooner? Email us or call us at 512.270.9266 and we'll make every effort to accommodate your schedule!

Q: Which cleanse should I order?

We offer 4 cleanse options that are designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced cleansers. The best cleanses for someone new to juice cleanses are the Clean Eating cleanse (note - out of stock for time being due to Covid) and the Green cleanse.  Our intermediate cleanses are the Green cleanse and Roots cleanse and for experienced cleansers we offer the Advanced Green cleanse and Custom cleanses.

Q: How far in advance do I need to order my cleanse if I want it delivered?

Cleanses for delivery should be ordered at least 48 hours in advance. We'll make every effort to work with you on same day and 24 hour cleanse requests, so if you have any questions please email us at or call us at 512.270.9266.

Q: What are your delivery dates and times?

We deliver 7 days a week between the hours of 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Other delivery times can be arranged too!

Q: Is there a minimum order for cleanse delivery?

The minimum order for a cleanse delivery is a 2 day cleanse.

Q: Can I set-up recurring deliveries?

Yes, if you would like to set-up daily, weekly, or monthly deliveries please contact us at We also offer discounts for recurring orders.

Q: What if I am not home when a delivery is made?

Since our juices are made fresh and we do not use HPP or and pasteurization processes, the juices are highly perishable and need to be refrigerated immediately upon arrival at your home or business. If there is no one to meet us we will take the cleanse back to our SoCo location where it is available for pick-up.

Q: Do you deliver all cleanse days at one time or 1 cleanse day each day?

We deliver up to 4 cleanse days at a time. If you order more than 4 days then we will make a 2nd delivery on the 3rd or 4th day (for days 4-6), 6th day (for days 7-9), etc.

Q: How many juices are in each cleanse day?

All of our juice cleanses have 6 16 oz bottled juices in each cleanse day.

Q: What makes your juices different from store-bought or other juice companies?

Our juices are made fresh from raw fruits and vegetables. We do not use HPP or pasteurization, which are both processes that kill living enzymes in fresh juices. We also do not add any sugar or other processed items to our juices. MOST companies that prepare cleanses use an HPP process, meaning your cleanse is days or weeks old by the time you receive it.

Q: What is the shelf life of your juices?

We recommend consuming all juices within 4 days of pick-up or delivery. The juices often stay fresh longer than this but since raw product is used, shelf life can vary from cleanse batch to cleanse batch. If you have had bottles for more than 4 days, a simple smell and then taste test will usually let you know if the juices are still fresh enough to be consumed.

Q: When are your juices made?

Our juices are usually made the same day or the night before they are delivered or picked-up.

Q: What are the calorie counts of your juices?

All of our cleanse juices have between 150 and 200 calories. A  day cleanse has between 1000-1200 calories.

Q: Where do I store my juices?

Since our juices are made from raw fruits and vegetables, they need to be refrigerated at all times to ensure they remain fresh until consumed.

Q: Are your juices vegan?

All of our juices are vegan except for Vanilla Sky (which contains a small amount of honey that can be removed upon request).

Q: Do you offer organic cleanse options?

We do not offer organic cleanses at the moment, sorry!

Q: How do I prepare for a cleanse?

We recommend starting to eliminate processed foods from your diet 3 to 7 days before your cleanse is set to begin. In the 2-3 days immediately before your cleanse, try to eat a healthy, plant- and fruit-based diet made up of salads, raw veggies, fruits, smoothies, and juices. Try to eliminate snacking and all processed foods from your diet and stay hydrated with lots of water.  These steps will help your body begin to acclimate to the natural ingredients of your juice cleanse.

Q: When should I drink each juice during the cleanse?

Our cleanse bottles and salad containers are numbered in the order you should consume them. We recommend consuming a juice or salad every 2.5 to 3 hours during the day. For example, if you start your cleanse day at 7:30 am, your last item would be consumed around 8 pm.

Q: Can I eat while cleansing?

Yes, but try not to! If you must, though, keep it raw with carrots, avocado, or nuts (almonds, cashews, etc).

Q: Can I work out while cleansing?

Absolutely, but listen to your body and don’t overdo it!

Q: What are the benefits of a juice cleanse?

Here’re a few of the benefits many people experience when cleansing:

  • Greater awareness of eating and snacking habits

  • Exposure to a healthy, natural plant-based diet

  • Improved sleep

  • More energy with fewer food-induced crashes throughout the day

  • Resting your liver and stomach

  • Cleanses are a great test of willpower and often help people realize that they can change their eating habits, exercise patterns, and lifestyle.

Q: How will I feel during the cleanse?

Everyone reacts differently to juice cleanses, and because cleanses vary in ingredients and # of days there is no standard response. Some people experience lethargy, headaches, fatigue, grumpiness, or constipation.  These are normal responses and show that your body is adjusting and reacting to a lower calorie, plant- and fruit-based regimen.

Q: How do I stay hydrated while cleansing?

It is important to drink lots of water while cleansing. We recommend 1-2 12 oz cups between each bottled juice. This will keep you hydrated, fight cravings, and also help flush your system while cleansing.

Q: What should I do post cleanse?

Take it easy (on the processed foods) and enjoy the way your body feels post-cleanse. We recommend a healthy, natural diet with limited processed foods for a day or 2 after your cleanse ends.

Q: Can I cleanse if I am pregnant, breastfeeding, on medications, or have allergies?

We’re not doctors so we can’t help you here! If you have any questions or concerns of a medical nature, please reach out to your health professional.
